All electronic products are covered by a 'back-to-base' warranty.  Full documentation is included with your purchase. Please refer to this before contacting the warranty owner. Any returned products must follow the procedures and RMA directives as per warranty documents.

Any product returned without prior authorisation will not be serviced and repair cost may apply.

Some specially marked clearance products may be sold with limited warranty only. If you do not accept the terms of sale for these products then do not purchase.

In some cases the manufacturers factory warranty may have expired meaning replacements or parts may not be available any more. All special clearance products are pretested for working state before being sold and despatched.
