Shipments and returns

Please read carefully

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our preferred courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. We use various courier companies to get the best rate depending on your location. Whichever shipment choice is made, you will be provided with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please make sure the delivery address will have somebody to sign for the package. No PO Boxes for large packages (any door lock) unless you contact us first, as extra charges will apply for this service. Small items (not locks) can be delivered to a PO Box. If unsure, please contact us first.

If you reside in Sydney, pick up of products may be available from our warehouse. For this, please contact us by phone to check on product availability and to arrange a time. Payment by credit card will be required at the time of purchase.
